    咬春

    今天是立春,“咬春”是必须的。

     

    下班打车回家,吃春饼,遇到一个有趣的司机,家中是几代的名厨。爷爷是“鸿光楼”的主厨,父亲是“又一顺”的掌勺,他自己也是个不错的厨师,由于前几年厨师的待遇太差,生活所迫开了出租。

     

    这个人十分有意思,把“咬春”的正宗食物又给我普及了,同时还告诉了我很多北京名吃的现存之地。好东西一定要和大家分享,喜欢京味的朋友们可以一试。

     

    正宗北京涮羊肉-鸿运轩火锅(清真),据说是老北京最正宗的,肉好,料香。在宣武区北纬路

    最好吃的爆肚-爆肚满,牛街,据说吃完回味无穷

    炸灌肠(我的最爱)-据说白纸坊路口有一家,很好,待考证。还有就是丰年灌肠馆了,在隆福寺那条街上,好吃极了!

     

    聊着聊着就到家了,春饼刚刚摆上桌。炒豆芽,摊鸡蛋,肘子肉,炒白菜粉丝(我的特别要求),当然还有葱丝,甜面酱……大吃一顿喽!

    好文章。我加一个:鼓楼后面爆肚任 - 爆肚,炸耦合,焦溜丸子都不错  另外旁边还有一个喝炒肝的地方,名字忘了,但是味道也很好。 决定这个情人节去你推荐的这个涮羊肉试试,还可以帮助改善小资情结 =)

    馋死我得了。。。今天老妈也做了但是没吃成,因为和齐大夫一起吃了著名的哈根达斯火锅加热红茶,回家肚子一直“库鲁”中。。。。
